LAF takes tight security measures during holiday season

The Lebanese Armed Forces Command announced on Saturday that in accordance with the holiday period and in order to maintain peace and stability, the LAF expanded its deployment in the North, Mount Lebanon, Beirut, Bekaa and the South as tight security measures were taken in order to protect citizens and their properties.

These exceptional measures specifically focused on religious sites, main roads, shopping areas, public institutions and touristic sites.

In this context, the LAF Command wished all Lebanese citizens happy holidays and invited them to cooperate with the security guidelines and take the initiative to communicate with the LAF in case any suspicious dangerous event rises.
