Sleiman: Lebanon needs qualitative weapons to face Israel

Lebanese President Michel Sleiman said on Monday that constitutional entitlements must be implemented, pointing out that Lebanese citizens are living in continuous fear from acts of terrorism, and suffering from dire economic conditions.

President Sleiman said via twitter, "Lebanon is in desperate need of qualitative weapons that enable the country to confront Israel and face its threats."

On another note, Sleiman said the formation of a cabinet has become a pressing need, stressing that no reason should prevent its formation.
