MP Nawaf Moussawi: Policy statement of consensual Cabinet must include the resistance

Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Nawaf Moussawi said on Saturday that the policy statement of a consensual Cabinet must include the resistance, voicing optimism that an adequate statement that garners national consensus can still be reached.

He also said that the government was responsible for addressing Takfirists as well as facing Israeli aggressions on Lebanon.

Moussawi noted that the party is on the brink of opening a new page of cooperation with Lebanese factions, adding that the party is not interested in being at odds with anyone.

In that context, Moussawi asserted that Hezbollah is adamant on carrying on "its responsibility" and face any possible Israeli attack with the adequate response.
