Minister Bassil meets Egypt's President, discusses bilateral ties

Foreign Affairs Minister Gebran Bassil met on Monday Egyptian President Adli Mansour and presented to him a letter from his Lebanese counterpart President Michel Sleiman in which he congratulated him on approving a new constitution for Egypt and a new presidential election law.

During the meeting, Bassil and Mansour tackled bilateral ties as well as the necessity of cooperation between Lebanon and Egypt in order to combat terrorism and favoring democracy.
