MP Kanaan slams failure to approve policy statement

"There are no excuses for the failure to approve the policy statement," Change and Reform bloc MP Ibrahim Kanaan said, noting that vacuum is lethal to the political system in Lebanon.

Following the bloc's weekly meeting in Rabieh on Tuesday, Kanaan said Lebanon cannot tolerate the current situation, calling on all parties to assume their responsibilities.
