MP Houry to LBCI: We will do our utmost to serve the people

Future bloc MP Ammar Houry stressed on Wednesday that the incumbent government aims to end the conflict and comes a result of a settlement to cope with the current phase.

In an interview with LBCI, MP Houry said the policy statement was clear with regards to the authority of the Lebanese state, noting that the Resistance was the controversial issue.

"We are adamant on our convictions and will facilitate the cabinet's work while doing our utmost to serve the people," he added.

MP Houry also said "Hezbollah is still firmly resolved to intervene in Syria," stressing that the Syrian conflict can be solely resolved through a political settlement.
