Fugitive arrested at Shadra security checkpoint

A State Security patrol in Akkar managed to arrest a fugitive identified as Ashraf F. A., hailing from Akroum town, after opening fire at his Hyundai vehicle as he attempted to flee the joint security forces checkpoint set up to control the border at the entrance to the town of Shadra.

The arrestee was referred to the concerned judiciary, since he has several arrest warrants issued against him.
