Change and Reform bloc says will vote blank during Wednesday's session

The Change and Reform bloc led by MP Michel Aoun announced on Tuesday that it will cast blank votes during Wednesday's session.

"We have decided to partake in Wednesday's session and cast blank votes," MP Emile Rahme said after the bloc's weekly meeting in Rabieh.

The Lebanese parliament is set to convene on Wednesday in a bid to elect a new president amid fears that the needed quorum will not be met.
