Minister al-Mashnouq: Success of security plans is our priority

Interior and Municipalities Minister Nouhad al-Machnouq stressed Wednesday that the priorities of his ministry during the current stage are ensuring the success of the security plans and resolving the issue of overcrowded prisons, as well as implementing measures to deal with the issue of the Syrian refugees and supporting municipalities of the towns involved.

The minister’s remarks came following his meeting with the governor of Lebanon's central bank, Banque du Liban, Riad Salameh and a delegation of Lebanese bankers.
