Some Lebanese welcomed 2012 stuck in a snow storm

All roads leading to Faraya were blocked on Sunday night when a snow storm hit the area.

The storm began at 3pm causing a huge traffic jam on Faraya road which was soon completely blocked.

The Internal Security Forces, Red Cross teams and Civil Defense units are working to help all trapped passengers.

The LBCI reporter covering the weather incident mentioned that the ISF blocked all roads leading to Faraya to prevent more traffic and car accidents.

Sources told LBCI that Faraya-Kfardebyan- Iyoun al-Siman roads are all blocked with snow.
