ISF Information Bureau arrests wanted ringleader in Brital

The Internal Security Forces' Information Bureau arrested on Sunday morning a kidnapping ringleader identified by his initials as Q. H.

The man, a Lebanese national born in 1986, was detained when security forces raided his residence in the Bekaa town of Brital. The ISF seized a Kalashnikov and other ammunition during the raid.

The detainee, a dangerous fugitive wanted on 16 arrest warrants, confessed that he had carried out, alongside other accomplices, several kidnappings for ransom in the Bekaa, the south and Beirut.
