Al-Hussein was charged with threatening the residents of Baalbek, as well as politicians, security figures and the Lebanese army, in addition to claiming suicide attacks and the launching of rockets on both the regions of Baalbek and Hermel.
Judge Saqr also referred him to Military Investigative Judge Riad Abou Ghaida.
On Monday (August 18) General Prosecutor Samir Hammoud referred al-Hussein to State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr to take the necessary legal measures against him.
Al-Hussein was arrested on Thursday (August 14) by the Internal Security Forces.
Sources stated that al-Hussein, a 19-year-old resident of al-Charawneh neighborhood in Baalbek, was using a blackberry device to operate the twitter account, adding that he was working on his own and without any partners.
On Friday (August 15) Hezbollah sources stated that the party has nothing to do with Hussein al-Hussein; however, security sources stressed that al-Hussein confessed to being affiliated with Hezbollah.
