REPORT: Lebanese citizen behind Iraq's Baghdad suicide blast

A Lebanese citizen carried out a suicide attack that killed 15 people in Iraq's Baghdad on Tuesday.

The man was identified as Hisham al-Hajj from the northern city of Tripoli, his nom du guerre is Abu Talha al-Lubnani.
