LAF patrol comes under fire in Qaa town, one assailant killed

A patrol of the Lebanese Army Intelligence came under fire at the main entrance of the Qaa town on Saturday, the state-run National News Agency reported.

In the details, three assailants on board a motorcycle targeted the patrol which responded to sources of fire, killing one (Syrian) and injuring another. The third assailant, a Lebanese national, was arrested.

Accordingly, the patrol seized the weapons that were used in the attack, the agency said, adding that the wounded was taken to the Hermel governmental hospital.
