Islamic State threatens to execute Lebanese soldier within 24 hours

The Islamic State in the Qalamoun issued a statement on Wednesday night whereby it threatened the Lebanese government to behead a Lebanese soldier within 24 hours, "due to the procrastination in the negotiations and the failure to commit to promises."

In the statement, the Islamic State stressed that it will continue the executions until the Lebanese government meets its demands.
