Harb says holding parliamentary elections without president 'a leap into the unknown'
"A settlement was brokered, during the latest cabinet session, in order to pass a decree related to the Internet dossier in the coutry," Telecommunications Minister Boutros Harb said on Friday.

"Our national responsibility makes it imperative to prevent further political bickering," Harb said in a phone call with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show.

Separately, Harb said negotiations in the Arsal captives dossier are confidential, noting that the Lebanese cabinet is very serious in dealing with the case while using all the available means to secure the release of the kidnapped troops.

Turning to the upcoming parliamentary elections, Minister Harb praised Future Movement leader MP Saad Hariri's stance, and said: "Heading towards the parliamentary elections without the election of a new president is a leap into the unknown".
