LAF soldier killed while trying to dismantle explosive device in Tripoli -Army

The Army Command- Orientation Directorate said on Tuesday that an explosive devise blew up in Tripoli’s al-Horra region today at around 18:15 p.m. while an army unit was working on dismantling it.

“A Lebanese Armed Forces soldier was killed in the incident,” the army said, noting that the military police rushed to the site of the explosion and opened an investigation in this regard.
