VIDEO: Lebanese man captured by Islamic State urges action

A video depicting Toufic Wehbe, a Lebanese man who was kidnapped in the border town of Arsal, was posted on social media websites.

In the video, Wehbe urges his family, friends and members of his Christian community to act and meet all the demands issued by the Islamic State group so that he could return alive to his family.
