MP Aridi to LBCI: Presidential elections still deadlocked

Deputy Ghazi Aridi stated on Sunday that indicators do not show that the presidential deadlock will be resolved in the near future.

During LBCI’s Nahrkom Said, MP Aridi noted that Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt did not eliminate other Druze factions, stressing that the Jumblatt is at the core of Lebanon’s national composition.

On another note, he stressed that none of the Lebanese factions is making benefit of the sectarian tension in the country, emphasizing that the Future Movement and Hezbollah are holding dialogue sessions; however, without addressing major conflicting issues.
