Unknown assailants kidnap mini-bus driver in Bekaa

The state-run National News Agency reported on Thursday that unknown assailants kidnapped a Lebanese national at gunpoint in the Bekaa town of Ali al-Nahri.

The agency added that the assailants, who were on board a Grand Cherokee without a license plate, kidnapped the man, who was in a mini-bus.

They later fled the region to an unknown destination.

No further details were provided.
