State Minister Panos Manjian said on Tuesday that Monday’s ministerial session was confined only to the discussion of the electricity draft law without reaching a final agreement on its content.
“The Cabinet should approve the electricity draft law during its Tuesday’s session in Beit el- Deen, based upon constitutional and legal principles”, Manjian told “Voice of Lebanon”.
Manjian added there is no problem in postponing the electricity draft law for further examination.
