The Rafik Hariri hospital employees staged a sit-in on Tuesday before the Health Ministry to protest against the failure to receive their salaries.
Last week, Health Minister Wael Abou Faour said that the delay in paying their wages was caused by the procedures taken by the hospital's former administration.
The Bir Hassan based state hospital has long been the scene of protests held by employees who continuously complain of lack of amenities at the health facility.
