Maronite Bishops stress necessity of ending presidential deadlock

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutros Rai chaired on Wednesday the monthly periodic meeting of the Maronite Bishops at the patriarchate in Bkerke.

Following the meeting, the bishops called for electing a new president for Lebanon in order to resolve various pending internal dossiers.

They also stated that they discussed with Patriarch Rai a number of administrative, ecclesiastical and national files
