Contract teachers at public secondary schools issued a statement on Monday, whereby they declared that they will kick off their movements as of Tuesday morning, with a sit-in outside the Education Ministry, to voice their rejection to the "policy of negligence and exclusion adopted by the ministry against them."
In the statement, the protesters called for massive participation in the movement, where they will set up tents and keep their sit-in until they are granted their “most basic civil and humanitarian rights.”
