Labor Ministry to open new office in Akkar

Labor Minister Sajaan Azzi is set to open a new office for his ministry in the northern district of Akkar as part of his plans for administrative decentralization.

Azzi’s media office declared on Friday that a committee from the ministry has started the preparations for the inauguration of the new office as it will be opened soon.

This will be the second branch that the minister establishes outside Beirut this year, after he had opened one in Jounieh, north of Beirut, last April.
