“Mangoly” opens fire at Abou Soueid over drop of concrete
Palestinian Ibrahim Atef Khalil, also known as “Mangoly”, opened fire on Friday at Wissam Mounir Abou Soueid outside a mosque in the Ain-el-Helweh camp.  

In details, as Khalil was driving by in the camp, Soueid was pouring concrete outside his residence.    

Soueid accidentally dropped concrete on Khalil’s vehicle. Outraged Khalil, opened fire at Soueid who was accordingly rushed to a local hospital.       

The Palestinian Follow-up Committee carried out intensive contacts to contain “the individual incident.”
