Explosive vest found during a raid in Wadi Khaled

An explosive vest was found on Thursday in an arrestee’s house during a raid in the northern region of Wadi Khaled.

Members of the General Security intelligence department and the Lebanese army raided the residence of B. A. in the town of al-Rama in the border region of Wadi Khaled.

The man had been recently apprehended by the General Security.

During the raid, a suicide vest was found along with a bomb which a technician managed to dismantle it.
