Geagea: There are no real components for a serious dialogue

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea said Friday that there are no real components for a real dialogue, calling on the government to implement previous decisions and the item related to Palestinian arms.

In a press conference, Geagea said that the current government is malicious; “it is against dialogue given the way it was formed and most of its decisions”.

Geagea said that the government is replacing every Christian state employee, whether independent or affiliated to LAF or Kataeb, with an employee from its party.

Geagea stressed that the starting point resides in the resignation of the current “anomalistic” government, paving the way for a neutral government that could discuss the issue of Hezbollah arms.
