Dr Abou Hamad was not able to participate in the press conference  at  the Doctor’s Syndicate due to his psychological state, according to the Syndicate Chief. Charaf Abou Charaf declared that the investigation committee at the syndicate presented its opinion regarding the case  adding that the related documents are now in the hands of the court.

The doctor's lawyer Joseph Khalil told LBCI that Abou Hamad spent  his detention period at al-Hayat hospital,  due to the deterioration of his overall health.
