Sheikh Nabil Qaouq: Saudi Arabia is direct threat to national consensus

Member of Hezbollah's Central Council Sheikh Nabil Qaouq said on Sunday that the Saudi policy forms a direct threat to the Lebanese national consensus and for the stability of the Lebanese political life.

Qaouq also noted that Saudi Arabia is interfering in the formation of the new government in order to weaken the role of the Resistance.

“It is pressuring to make the parliamentary bloc that represents its will Lebanon obtain a bigger part in the Cabinet,” he added.

He concluded by saying that Saudi Arabia wants through its policy to make Lebanon a part of its axis and policy.
