Saudi Embassy denies unofficial statements

The Saudi Embassy in Lebanon released a statement on Friday to clarify that all words said on behalf of Ambassador Ali Awad Asiri and not by Assiri himself are deemed false and unrepresentative of official Saudi stances.

This after several media outlets published unverified statements citing Assiri as the source.
