One dies drowning while three others survive

Lebanese national Mohsen Ahmad al-Zein passed away on Sunday after drowning while swimming at al-Okaybe beach.

Red Cross members transferred him to the Saint Maritime Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

In a related context, the Civil Defense maritime rescue team managed to save 3 people from drowning after they were carried away by strong waves off the Halat coast.

The 3 survivors were identified as Krikor Boukian, Charbel Joseph Kheirallah and Elias Nicolas al-Hachem.
