Adversarial arrest memorandum issued for Syrian arms smuggler
Following thorough questioning, Military Investigating Judge Imad Zein issued Friday an adversarial memorandum for the arrest of Syrian national Mohammed Khadr Rahme for multiple offenses including  trafficking and arm smuggling into Syria.

The suspect was questioned alongside Syrians and seven Lebanese from the town of Arsal.            

The value of the smuggled weapons to the Syrian opposition forces were valued for 4 Million Syrian Pounds. The weapons include RPG shells, Kalashnikov machine guns and “B.K.C’s” among others.
