Despite by-election, Koura’s resorts crowded with beachgoers
While the region of Koura was busy with elections on Sunday, its beaches were crowded with people evading the electoral atmosphere.

LBCI’s camera toured Koura’s beaches and resorts where the influx of people was almost normal.

Asked about the reason that people have preferred to go to the beach over participating in the by-election, a citizen said: “I am no longer interested in elections. It doesn’t make a difference whether we vote or not”.

However, many resorts’ owners voiced discontent with the “slow influx” witnessed at beaches and resorts due to elections.
