Mikati: First winner is democracy

Prime Minister Najib Mikati congratulated Koura’s citizens Sunday on their electoral day during which they proved their faith and belief in democracy and freedom.

Mikati praised the calm atmosphere that prevailed over the elections, adding that, regardless of the outcome, democracy remains the first winner.
