Introduction to the evening news 05-08-2012
A week end full of mysteries, from Azaz in Aleppo to the road leading to the tomb of Ms. Zeinab. A common factor brings the elements of the mystery together: Iran and Hezbollah, is there any attempt to involve them in the existing conflict in Syria?

The first mystery is the destiny of the 11 Lebanese hostages in Syria, following the confusion emerged around shelling over the place where they are held and the escape of two of them, LBCI tried, through the colleague Fidaa Itani, to reveal the mystery. Itani arrived to the stronghold and interviewed the hostage Ali Zougheib.

The second mystery is the kidnapping of the bus carrying 48 Iranian pilgrims crossing Damascus road towards the tomb of Ms. Zeinab. The Free Syrian Army claims that the bus was carrying Iran’s shabbiha, who were in a reconnaissance mission in Damascus.

Between the 11 Lebanese hostages and the 48 Iranians, how long will the negotiations go on for? Is the destiny of these hostages linked to that of the regime?
