“MAMNOU3” raises a voice on Youtube against censorship

Nadim Lahdoud, in collaboration with Samir Kassir organization for Press and Cultural Freedom, produced an online comic documentary. The documentary, entitled “Mamnou3”, criticizes the censorship mechanism in Lebanon.

The series drew inspiration from the violations of cultural freedom, particularly movies and plays that are subject to censorship under the banner of “protecting the Lebanese society from indecent assaults and civil war”. The events of this series take place inside the censorship bureau.

The series is comprised of 10 episodes of which 7 are showing on Youtube. The episodes have attracted so far more than 29,000 viewers.
