Daher to LBCI: I have no information on any possible attempt to assassinate me

MP Khaled Daher told LBCI on Thursday that he has no information on any possible attempt to assassinate him or on the reason behind Samaha’s arrest. Daher pointed out that security forces informed him two months ago that his name was included in the list of assassinations, adding that he heard the news of Samaha’s arrest through the media.

“It falls within the the security forces’ responsibility to protect all the Lebanese and uncover the truth”, Daher said, adding that no security or judicial authority has contacted him.
