Son of late Kataeb official wounded in Zahle bakery blast

A bomb exploded in a bakery owned by Rashid Salim Assi in Housh Azaranni in Zahle injuring Assi who was transferred to Khoury Hospital.

The bakery belonged to Kateb party official Salim Assi, Rashid’s father, who was killed three years ago with journalist Nasri Marouni, the brother of former Tourism Minister Elie Marouni.
