Introduction to the evening news 30-08-2012

The International Day of Missing Persons feels somewhat better this year in Lebanon with the release of Yaacoub Chamoun, but this hope of freedom collides with kidnappings and counter kidnappings regardless to the specter of civil war that has yet to fade.            

Disregard in the cases of those who went missing during the war remains in a country perched by a number of mass graves that no one dares to reveal their secrets.               

With Tripoli's front line coming to a calm, the spotlight turned to Iran's NAM summit stealing the light from the wave of kidnappings.             

From there, the Egyptian President carried out an attack against the Syrian regime stressing that Syria is facing a revolution along with the lines of the Egyptian one, the thing that demanded from the Syrian delegation to withdraw from the conference room, after Walid El-Mouallem accused the Egyptian President of "inciting bloodshed in Syria".               

Before discussing Syria, let's start with the issue of the kidnapped that has yet to close.
