Finance Ministry says Lebanon to stop paying all maturing Eurobonds
The Ministry of Finance issued on Monday a statement in which it said that the Lebanese government has decided to stop paying all maturing Eurobonds in USD, adding that it will take all measures deemed necessary to manage the limited reserves in foreign currencies wisely. 
The statement also confirmed the government’s commitment to its economic reform plan in order to develop a sustainable economic plan to rectify the Lebanese economy.

The statement concluded by saying that the Lebanese government intends to hold talks with its creditors as soon as possible, adding that the ministry plans to conduct an investor presentation on March 27, 2020 for this end.
