Two Mokdad members testify before Military Judge

Military Judge Imad Zein continued his investigations in the al-Mokdad Clan's case. On Monday he heard the testimonies of two witnesses and postponed the hearing session of other witnesses.

According to two previously raised claims, Judge Zein received two other Mokdad members and set up their records in preparation for questioning them on Tuesday.

It is worth mentioning that the State commissioner to the military court Judge Saqr Saqr filed a lawsuit against al-Mokdad Clan members on charges of forming an armed organization, performing acts of terrorism, kidnapping people and terrorizing them by force of arms, mistreating military personnel and possession of unlicensed military weapons and ammunition.
