Minister of Health receives donation of face masks

Minister of Health Hamad Hassan received on Tuesday a donation of 20,400 face masks to the Ministry of Health from Lebanese expatriate in Congo, head of peace ambassadors in the world Ghassan Dakhlallah.

This donation comes within the context of an initiative that had provided a number of state departments with a total of 97,800 face masks, which had been manufactured locally in the town of Qana, South Lebanon.

Minister Hassan noted that this initiative fell within the framework of constructive cooperation between the local Lebanese community and the Lebanese diaspora.

He also pointed out that this initiative had established a partnership "aimed at supporting and equipping government hospitals, especially in remote areas."
