Fahmi visits Mufti Derian, voices support to Diab

Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdel Latif Derian received on Monday Caretaker Minister of Interior Mohammad Fahmi at the Dar-al-Fatwa.

Discussion reportedly tackled the general situation and the latest local developments.

Following the meeting, Fahmi voiced his support and solidarity with Mufti Derian and the Supreme Islamic Sharia Council in rejecting “the attack on the premiership position over the Beirut port blast.”
