Khoury to LBC: Lebanon cannot be excluded from international system

Minister of Environment Nazem Khoury told “Nharkom Said” TV show that Lebanon cannot be excluded from the international system, adding “failing to respect international resolutions will have dire consequences”.

“I call on all parties to immunize the Lebanese internal scene especially that the 35-year-old political crisis is still sweeping through the country”.

Khoury said that reconsidering the minimum wage is a pressing call.

On a different note, he assured that Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rai will not deviate from Bkerke’s principles, “as proven by the Maronite Bishops Council’s statement”.
