Sharp drop in gasoline prices

On Wednesday November 07, 2012 the price of 98 and 95 octane fuel saw a sharp decline of LBP 900; the price of fuel oil declined by LBP 200, diesel by LBP 300 and kerosene by LBP 300. As for the price of a gas canister it increased by LBP 400.

The table issued by the Minister of Energy and Water Gebran Bassil set the price of oil derivatives as follows:

- Gasoline 95 octane: 34,100 LBP

- Gasoline 98 octane: 34,800 LBP

- Red diesel: 27,600 LBP

- Diesel Oil for vehicles: 27,900 LBP

- Gas Canister: 20,400 LBP

- Kerosene: 29,700 LBP

All prices are per 20 liters.
