Geagea: one cannot support the Apostolic Exhortation and Assad simultaneously

Lebanese Forces Chief Samir Geagea charged at the Lebanese government on Friday stating that “one cannot be in the same government as those involved with the killing machine [referring to the Assad regime].”

“The Apostolic Exhortation vindicates human rights and humanity and one cannot support its teachings and the Assad regime simultaneously,” he said.
During a sponsored symposium on the "Apostolic Exhortation in the Middle East in Support of Human Dignity," Geagea stressed that the most important democracies in the West do not depend on one circuit but on individual departments.
