Two more persons succumb to wounds sustained in Akkar explosion
One more person succumbed on Sunday to wounds sustained during the Al-Tleil fuel tank explosion that blew up last Sunday.
 
Hassan al-Sleimani, who hails from the Akkar town of Ain Tenta, was transported to the United Arab Emirates for treatment but passed away soon after.
 
Later in the day, a new injured passed away of his injuries, one week after the explosion.
The new victim was identified as Mahmoud Hussein Awad, a Syrian national residing in the Akkar town of al-Kawashra.
Awad was severely injured during the explosion and was in a very critical condition.
