42 candidates withdraw their electoral candidatures

The number of candidates who withdrew from the parliamentary elections scheduled for next May 15, reached 42 candidates from the 15 electoral districts.

The names of these candidates are as follows: Charles Joseph Arbid, Fadi Alfred Gilwan, George Najin Jasser, Natalie Moubarak, Cherine Michel Nasrallah, Ziad Karam Mansour, Sheikh Farid Al-Sheikh Elias Hobeish, Nicolas Andre Chikhani, Joelle Youssef Al-Shakr, Sarkis Elias Sarkis, Mohammad Ali Ismail Al-Badawi known as Shehadi, Hassan Nohad Trabelsi, Bassam Hanna Romanos, George Rizkallah Hammam, Diana Mustafa Darniqa, Abed al-Rahman Toufic Shaheen, Nada Khattar Gharib, Cherine Adnan Arakji, Ali Hassan Jaber, Hagop Hrayer Danskian, Moustapha Bashir Benbouk, Ali Ahmad Hajj Hassan, Hussein Masoud Al-Hujairi, Sami Muhammad Khalil Al-Rayshouni, Qabalan Ratib Saliba, Abdel Nasser Moustapha Soleh, Nabil Hussein Ahmed, Joseph Qozhaya Karam, Ghassan Antoine Abu Adal, Youssef Tanios Fakih, Salim Bey, Youssef Bey Karam, Khaled Mohieddin Jaroudi, Abdallah Hussein Al-Sayed, Tony Selim Barakat, Emile Roger Moukarzel, Walid Philippe Zammar, Walid Joseph Abu Sleiman, Robert George Abd and Ahmed Mukhtar Khaled.
