Hankash from Metn: First step toward any reform is to recover Lebanon’s sovereignty

North Metn candidate Elias Hankash paid a visit to the French city of Lyon where he met with Lebanese expatriates and explained the Kataeb project and the importance of implementing it if Lebanon is to recover.

Hankash stressed that the first step to achieve any reform is to recover Lebanon’s sovereignty that “was seized by Hezbollah after the presidential settlement and gave it, through the electoral law, the majority in the Parliament and allowed it to deliver its candidate to the presidency.”

On another note, Hankash stressed the importance of the youth’s role in rebuilding a country that resembles them and embrace them.
